1. Product Information  
We strive to ensure that all product details, images, and prices are accurate. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to photography, screen settings, or the handmade nature of certain products.

2. Orders  
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after processing has begun. Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation.

3. Pricing  
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property  
All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Shivani Guleria and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

5. Shipping  
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization, and location. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability  
Shivani Guleria shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law  
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Shivani Guleria, each product is carefully crafted to ensure quality and attention to detail.

1. Returns & Refund Policy
Send an e-mail to (official email address) to connect with our team. 

Our team will get in touch with you and discuss the reasons and accordingly guide you on the process.

• Once we receive the package, our team will determine if it is fit for replacement and send you an e-mail informing you of the same. If fit for return, we will replace the returned items (subject to availability) or else issue a credit note for the same amount. The credit note is valid for 90 days. The replacement item will be shipped to your address shortly. If the item is not eligible for return, it will be sent back to you. Exchange processing may take up to 10 business days.

• Merchandise bought at a discount is considered a final sale and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

2. Exchanges  
For size exchange please mail (official email address)with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. 

• Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - name - order numberAs we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item. 

• Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address once with no additional courier charges.

• We only send the exchanged package free of cost once, post that there would be an additional charge of 200.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items  

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and with clear photos of the defect, the outer courier pouch, and the original wrapping (including the protective sleeve the piece came in), for us to evaluate the issue. 

• If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, in this case, we will have the product collected. 

• If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product/ provide a store credit.

4. Shipping Policy

Note: Delivery times may vary based on shipping location and customs clearance (international orders only).
Bespoke & Custom Orders: Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks. Please note that orders for bespoke and custom garments cannot be cancelled, as they are made to your specifications.

Domestic ( within India ) Shipping:

• Standard Shipping : Orders are delivered in 7-10 working days and are ₹200

• Express Shipping : Orders are delivered in 1-4 working days and are ₹400. Please note as mentioned at checkout - we are only currently shipping Express for Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore orders. Please note: Express shipping is applicable only for delivery addresses within the cities mentioned above. If your address falls outside these locations, the order will be shipped via standard delivery, and we will be unable to guarantee delivery within 1-4 working days.

• Same Day Delivery: Is available exclusively for Delhi NCR ( Delhi, Noida and Gurugram only) orders and is charged at ₹500. Please note orders placed between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm are eligible for same day delivery. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be shipped the next working day. If the Same Day Delivery option is selected for an address outside Delhi NCR, the order will be shipped via our fastest available shipping method; however, same day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Note- same day delivery is not available for Sunday and national holidays.

• As we are sending the orders with an external service,  all shipping costs are non-refundable once delivered

            Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.

• Prioritising orders are on a case to case basis.

• Our team will not be liable for any courier related delays.

• In case an express order doesn't reach within promised timelines - we will refund the extra amount paid for express shipping.

For international orders, we charge the courier charges in accordance with the weight, size and destination of the customer.
